Our Cleaning Services

Detailed Cleaning Services takes pride in our professionalism. We work in a team of two which in turn cuts time in half if you were to have one cleaner, therefore you are not spending more as it would cost the same in the end.

 

Our experienced cleaners will come in with all our supplies and will get everything done for you. If you have a preference in supplies we ask you to let us know beforehand.

 

We do not do in-person quotes or walk-throughs as it can be time consuming, if you are booking for the first time we always come an extra 10-15 minutes earlier to do a walk-through and introduction before we begin. 

 

Sometimes we go to cleans for a basic clean and they may be a lot more work than we have anticipated and is needing a deeper clean, when this happens we may have to do a higher deep cleaning rate. 

 

Most first time cleans we need to book at the deep clean rate in order to do a thorough job, first time cleans will usually be a strenuous job if you have not had professional cleaners recently.

Doing a first time deep clean allows us to just do the upkeep thereafter, once on a regular cleaning basis. We have a minimum booking rule of 1.5 hours cleaning and most larger homes are 2 hours bi-weekly. Please keep in mind for seniors we will have special 1 hour discount rates.
